Brian leads our brewing and distilling teams and has over two decades of experience. He has worked and learned from a variety of talented and passionate people. Brian is a Siebel graduate and has been a judge at GABF and World Beer Cup for twenty years.

Kyle is the SBC’s behind-the-scenes powerhouse. He runs our management company and oversees all onsite grounds projects. He handles all the property upkeep, coordinates all the mechanical logistics etc.
Michael Parbury
GENERAL MANAGER
Michael is a rockstar and has loads of restaurant and culinary experience. He has a passion and wealth of knowledge of all things in the delicious world of food and beverage!
Bruce Johnson

Bruce, or known around SBC as Brewce, has been with our team for nearly a decade. He knows the brewhouse like the back of his hand and always keeps the beer flowing.
Brad Culbertson
QUALITY MANAGER/R&D BREWER
Brad makes sure every SBC beer you drink is world-class quality. His extensive background and experience in brewing science and control systems create the freshest and tastiest beers.
Brandon Moore
PRODUCTION COORDINATOR, DISTILLER, PROJECT MANAGER
Brandon comes to the Ty Iechyd Da Distillery with a wealth of industry experience and knowledge. He has worked as a distiller for 11 years, and has been a part of producing ADI award winning whiskeys, bourbons, and rums.

John knows the ins and outs of our canning line and makes sure every can of SBC beer tastes as fresh as it does from the taps.
Shawn Miller
BREWER & BARTENDER
Shawn helps brew, package, and keep our SBC beers flowing! You can also find her behind the bar at the brewpub ensuring each pint you order is perfectly poured.
Andrew "SKIPPY" Steiger

Skippy helps craft unique small batch spirits from our distillery, Ty Iechyd Da. He carefully hand fills every TID spirit bottle. Next time to grab a bottle from your home bar or enjoy one of our signature cocktails on our campus, make sure to raise your glass to Skippy.
Cat Wellever
ART DIRECTOR / AREA SALES MANAGER
Cat is our creative force and is responsible for making us look good in the brewpub, on the shelves, and beyond! Her package designs span across our SBC beer labels and our Ty Iechyd Da spirits portfolio. Cat also leads our spirits sales in Southwest Missouri ensuring retailers and local bars / restaurants are stocked with our array of fine spirits.
Clint McConnell
SALES MANAGER
Clint makes sure your beer is fresh and always available at your favorite retailer. He is the external face of SBC beers and we are grateful for his contributions.
Ryan Beck
EVENT & BAR MANAGER
