Todd Schade

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

We are thrilled to have Todd steering our incredible SBC ship. He has years of restaurant and brewing experience, is an avid organic gardener, and, of course, loves beer!

Brian Allen

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Brian leads our brewing and distilling teams and has over two decades of experience. He has worked and learned from a variety of talented and passionate people. Brian is a Siebel graduate and has been a judge at GABF and World Beer Cup for twenty years.

Bruce Johnson

HEAD BREWER

Bruce, or known around SBC as Brewce, has been with our team for nearly a decade. He knows the brewhouse like the back of his hand and always keeps the beer flowing.

SALES MANAGER

Kyle is the SBC’s behind-the-scenes powerhouse. He runs our management company and oversees all onsite grounds projects. He handles all the property upkeep, coordinates all the mechanical logistics etc.
