The Snug Tasting Room and Bottle Shop

As a distillery, a cornerstone of everything we do focuses on our spirits being a catalyst for community. For years, we have been planning for our downtown distillery to have a tasting room and bottle shop, where folks could come and enjoy the spirits that our incredible distillery team are producing. And we’ve finally been able to pull it off. We are super proud to have opened The Snug on Friday, November 14, 2025. We’d love for you to come see us and try some of our award winning spirits. We hope that the “Cheers” you share with us while sat in The Snug, will turn into a “Cheers” that you share later with your family, friends and loved ones, if you take a bottle of something special home with you. We do what we do, so that you can savor our spirits with those who mean the most to you.

Inspired by a whiskey tasting room and bottle shop that our owners fell in love with while visiting Dublin, Ireland in 2024 (30 years to the day after they had, by complete random chance, met in Dublin back on February 18, 1994), The Snug Tasting Room and Bottle Shop is an intimate space for adults, who enjoy trying spirits in the heart of the distillery that created them. Stop by and see us to try some of our flights (gin, bourbon, rye), straight pours, or to have some tastes (the price for which can be offset with the purchase of a bottle valued at $50 or more), and/or to try one of our cocktails, featuring our flagship spirits.

Love loud restaurants, with 300 tv’s, and a bunch of kids running wild? The Snug might not be the place for you! But if you are in the mood for a quiet, intimate, cozy space – to take some time to savor something special – then you need to come visit us at The Snug!
