Blondie’s Pick Me Up
INGREDIENTS:
- 1oz Sweet Blondies Cafe Mocha Liqueur
- 1oz Iechyd Da Bourbon or Lost Hollow Bourbon
- 1.5 oz Irish Cream (try Baileys)
- 1 cup Strong Coffee
- Whipped Cream & Chocolate shavings (OPTIONAL)
PREPARATION:
- Pour hot, strong coffee into mug.
- Stir 1oz Café Mocha liqueur, and 1oz Lost Hollow Whiskey, 1oz Irish cream liqueur, into mug.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

INGREDIENTS:
- 0.5oz Sweet Blondies Cafe Mocha Liqueur
- 2oz Iechyd Da Vodka
- 1oz Espresso, freshly brewed (or a cold brew concentrate)
- 0.25oz Simple Syrup
- Garnish Coffee Beans (optional)
PREPARATION:
- Start by preparing your martini glass. Chill martini glass in freezer or fill with ice and water for a quick chill
- Combine Sweet Blondies Cafe Mocha, Vodka, simple syrup and espresso into a shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain into your chilled martini glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans

- 1oz Vodka
- 1oz Irish Cream (try Baileys)
- 1 oz Half & Half
- Chocolate Sauce (OPTIONAL)
PREPARATION:
- Start by preparing your martini glass. Chill martini glass in freezer. Drizzle chocolate syrup into a chilled martini glass.
- Combine Sweet Blondies Cafe Mocha, Vodka, Irish Cream and half & half into a shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a martini glass and finish with chocolate shavings
