COCKTAIL RECIPE:
Golden Mule
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Songbird Gin: Goldfinch Gin
- 0.50 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 3oz Ginger Beer
- Garnish Lime wedge
PREPARATION:
- In a copper mug or collins glass build the gin, lime juice, and ginger beer.
- Stir gently until mixed and garnish with a lime
- ENJOY!

COCKTAIL RECIPE:
Blood Orange Negroni
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5oz Songbird Gin: Goldfinch Gin
- 0.50 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 0.5oz Campari
- 0.25oz Blood Orange Simple Syrup
- Garnish Orange twist or Blood Orange slice
PREPARATION:
- In a mixing glass combine Songbird Goldfinch Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Campari, and simple syrup
- Stir 20 rotations or until well chilled
- Strain into an cocktail or old fashioned glass over ice
- Garnish with an orange twist or blood orange slice
- ENJOY!

COCKTAIL RECIPE:
Song Garden Gimlet
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Songbird Gin: Goldfinch Gin
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Thyme Simple Syrup
- 2-3 Crude Rizzo Bitters
- Lime Twist (OPTIONAL)
PREPARATION:
- Combine Songbird Gin, simple syrup, and lime juice in cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled and strain the contents into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a lime
- ENJOY!

COCKTAIL RECIPE:
Honey Finch
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz Songbird Gin: Goldfinch Gin
- 0.5 oz Sweet Blondies Candied Orange Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- Lemon Twist & Candied orange slice (OPTIONAL)
PREPARATION:
- Combine Songbird Gin, Sweet Blondies Liqueur, simple syrup, and orange Juice in cocktail shaker with fresh ice.
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and strain the contents into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with lemon twist and candied orange slice
- ENJOY!
HONEY SIMPLE SYRUP:
- 0.5 cup Honey (adjust to taste)
- 0.5 cup of Water
Add honey and water to a small sauce pan and over medium heat. Stir until honey is dissolved. Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container. Syrup will keep, refrigerated, for up to 1 month

Rosemary Ginger Collins
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz Songbird Gin: Goldfinch Gin
- 0.5 oz Fresh squeeze lime juice
- 0.75 oz Rosemary infused simple syrup
- Top with Ginger Beer
- Garnish Rosemary Sprig (OPTIONAL)
PREPARATION:
- Combine Songbird Goldfinch Gin, lime juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker
- Shake until chilled and strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice
- Top with Ginger Beer (try Fever Tree)
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig (OPTIONAL)

Songbird 75
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz Songbird Gin: Goldfinch Gin
- 0.75 oz Earl Grey Simple Syrup
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- Topped with Sparkling Wine
- Lemon Twist
PREPARATION:
- Combine Songbird Gin, simple syrup, and lime juice in cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and strain the contents into a coupe glass or Champagne flute.
- Top with Sparkling Wine
- Garnish with lemon twist
- ENJOY!
EARL GREY SIMPLE SYRUP:
- 1 oz Earl Grey Tea (about 10 bags)
- 2 cups of Water
- 2 cups of Sugar
Heat water and steep tea for 5 minutes. Strain tea and add sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Keep for 2 weeks
