Our rye whiskey takes a transcendent journey as it’s delicately aged in Pedro Ximenez (PX) sherry casks. Sherry is a fortified wine from Spain, the PX variety features the white grape, Pedro Ximenez, that is known for high sugar content. This unique second finishing provides a sweet decadent sherry nose blanketed on top of a mature rye whiskey backbone. The result is a deep and complex rye whiskey with notes of dark dried fruit, marmalade, tobacco leaves, and spice.

Daly Dose
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz Double Barrel Rye finished in PX Sherry casks
- 0.5oz Sweet Blondies Candied Orange
- 3oz Lemonade
- 3oz Tea
PREPARATION:
- Add ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass with ice.
- Shake vigorously 20 times
- Strain in a collins glass with crushed ice
- Garnish with a lemon slice
- ENJOY!
COCKTAIL RECIPE:
PX Manhattan
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 oz Double Barrel Rye finished in PX Sherry casks
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 3 Dashes Bitters
- Luxardo Cherry
PREPARATION:
- Add ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 30 rotations
- Strain in a coupe glass
- Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
- ENJOY!
