Horsefeather
The Horsefeather cocktail is a whiskey spin on a Moscow Mule! A great cocktail to showcase our newest bourbon release – Day Trekker.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz Day Trekker Bourbon
- 4oz Ginger Beer (try Barritts)
- 4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- Garnish Lemon Wedge
PREPARATION:
- Add Day Trekker, ginger beer, and bitters to a Collins or highball glass filled with ice.
- Squeeze lemon wedge over the drink, and add the wedge husk to the glass.
- Stir gently to combine.
- ENJOY!
