DESCRIPTION:

Our coffee stout contains a blend of crystal, chocolate and roasted malts, Cascade finish hops and French Roast coffee. The result of this intriguing marriage is an intense and inviting coffee aroma combined with the earthy spiciness of Cascade hops followed by the full, rich and complex flavor of our stout.

THE STORY:

Our favorite local collaboration, The Mudhouse Coffee Shop and Roasters and SBC could both be considered Springfield institutions, so it’s only right that two of the best local beverage makers pair up annually to create one of Springfield’s best drinks!

SUGGESTED PAIRING:

Tiramisu, Peanut Butter Pie, or pretty much any tasty treat that you’d enjoy with coffee!
