Limited Release – March
Bright bubbly golden hue, light body, sweet kiss of apricots, and a refreshingly tart cherry finish.
Rotating Kettle Sour series inspired by some of our favorite cocktails and fully loaded plenty of fresh fruits. What is a kettle sour? The sourness comes from the kettle sour method where lactobacillus (same bacteria used to produce yogurt) is added to warm wort in the brewhouse to sour the wort by producing lactic acid. After 2 days of souring, the wort is boiled and then a few special ingredients like apricots and tart cherries are added to the beer.
Specialty cheeses, seafood, cured meats, and salads
