Malt is the life-force of beer, and without malt and its fermentable sugars there would be no beer! This educational seminar will be lead by Springfield Brewing Co.’s Master Brewer, Ashton Lewis. Your $15 ticket includes a sensory learning experience about malt complete with: tasting of various styles of malt, education about the process of growing malt and how malt is used in beer, and of course sampling of 6 beers that showcase different types of malt.
